Directions for use

Apply gently to the upper lash line. For an intense, thickening effect, make sure that as little skin as possible is showing between the liner and the lashes. Lightly dot the Eye Pencil Duo between the lashes using gentle pressure and smudge slightly for a softer look. For an especially exciting effect, apply Olive Green to the lower lash line and the waterline.
